Led the process implementation team across multiple international assets, with an estimated annual benefit of more than US$75m in production efficiency. We work inside your programme, under your brand and to your governance. The aim is simple: take ownership of a defined workstream, report clearly to your delivery lead and deliver without creating another layer of management.

Engagement terms are agreed around the assignment, supplier onboarding and the employment-status assessment required for the role. We meet the onboarding and insurance requirements set by the framework or prime.

Availability and delivery shape are agreed around the assignment, whether the work is on site, remote or blended across the UK, Middle East or Africa.

04Why this model works

Framework work arrives in bursts. Hiring for peak capacity is expensive and slow, and the person you need for an operational excellence workstream in a refinery is not the person you need for the next bid.

Senior associate capability can be added when the work needs it, without building permanent overhead around a temporary peak in demand.
