Role of the Principal. Sheyi N. Lisk-Carew led process implementation within the engagement structure in place at the time.

01The challenge

The programme focused on improving how distributed operating teams worked together across assets and locations. The value came from changing ways of working and decision flow, not from installing new production equipment.

02Role of the Principal

Role of the Principal. Sheyi N. Lisk-Carew served as Process Implementation Lead on Shell's Collaborative Working Environment programme, leading process implementation across multiple international assets.

The role focused on process implementation: how teams worked together, how information moved and how the new ways of working were embedded into operations.

03What changed

The work helped shorten the time needed to restart wells, reduce unnecessary travel to the field and improve production efficiency.

04Evidence and outcomes

Estimated annual benefit above US$75m in production efficiency.
Well restart times reduced from around six days to under three.
Field travel reduced by about 15%.
Net production increased by around 3% against a prior decline.
The benefits were delivered through ways of working rather than new production equipment.
